LOAD TEST MACHINE

The Load Test Machine is a pneumatic sanitary ware quality-control system for applying and monitoring controlled structural loads on WC and basin products. A load cell tracks applied force through a timed test cycle, while the guarded working area and clear pass/fail indication support consistent, controlled strength verification before product release.

OUR APPROACH

At a Glance

Pneumatic sanitary ware load testing for controlled strength verification of WCs and basins, with load-cell monitoring and guarded operation.

Why?

Prove Strength Before Release

Two Silos, Two Plaster Options

Apply controlled structural loading before shipment to verify that sanitary ware products can withstand the required test condition.

With two separate silos, two different plaster types can be used efficiently, providing greater flexibility for various production requirements.

Why?

Make Load Testing Repeatable

Two Silos, Two Plaster Options

Measured force and a timed test sequence create a more consistent quality-control routine with less dependence on operator judgement.

With two separate silos, two different plaster types can be used efficiently, providing greater flexibility for various production requirements.

Catch Structural Weakness Early

Catch Structural Weakness Early

Two Silos, Two Plaster Options

Crack detection and clear test-status indication help identify structurally weak pieces before they move further through final quality control.

With two separate silos, two different plaster types can be used efficiently, providing greater flexibility for various production requirements.

Why Choose This Solution?

Test More Than One Product Type

Two Silos, Two Plaster Options

A configurable product-fixturing approach supports load testing for wall-hung WC and compatible basin configurations.

With two separate silos, two different plaster types can be used efficiently, providing greater flexibility for various production requirements.

Why?

Keep High-Load Testing Controlled

Two Silos, Two Plaster Options

Pneumatic force application within a guarded test area gives operators a structured process for demanding strength checks.

With two separate silos, two different plaster types can be used efficiently, providing greater flexibility for various production requirements.

Pneumatic Load Application

The test cylinder applies controlled force through a pneumatic system operating at 4–6 bar, with movable press operation for product positioning.

Load Cell Force Monitoring

An integrated load cell measures the total load applied by the cylinder, allowing force to be followed throughout the test cycle.

Timed Load-Hold Cycle

The product remains under load for a preset test duration, after which the cylinder retracts to complete the sequence.

Configurable Load Capacity

The technical specification lists 150–400 kg loading, with an optional booster configuration quoted to extend the system up to 1,000 kg.

Guarded Test Zone

A wire-mesh protection enclosure separates the loading area from the operator during the strength test.

Visual Test Status & Cycle Control

Green and red indicators communicate test results, while the documented control sequence stops the test when cracking is detected and returns the cylinder after completion.
