MODELLING & MOULDS

RESIN MOULD PRODUCTION

Resin Mould Production is an end-to-end sanitary ware mould shop solution for developing, manufacturing and maintaining porous resin moulds for high-pressure casting. It connects digital model development, case-mould preparation, controlled resin mixing and casting, CNC machining, treatment, finishing and functional validation with practical mould-making know-how for reliable, production-ready results.

OUR APPROACH

At a Glance

An end-to-end sanitary ware resin mould production system combining digital mould development, controlled manufacturing and practical high-pressure casting know-how.

Why?

Own Your Mould-Making Capability

Two Silos, Two Plaster Options

Develop, manufacture, maintain and repair resin moulds within your own production environment, building valuable process know-how inside the factory.

With two separate silos, two different plaster types can be used efficiently, providing greater flexibility for various production requirements.

Why?

Turn Product Concepts into Production-Ready Moulds

Two Silos, Two Plaster Options

A structured path from 3D product data through modelling, machining, trials and mould production keeps development closely connected to real sanitary ware production conditions.

With two separate silos, two different plaster types can be used efficiently, providing greater flexibility for various production requirements.

Why?

Build Consistency into Every Casting Cycle

Two Silos, Two Plaster Options

Controlled resin preparation, engineered mould circuits and defined quality checks help create predictable mould behaviour for repeatable high-pressure casting.

With two separate silos, two different plaster types can be used efficiently, providing greater flexibility for various production requirements.

Why?

Protect Mould Performance Over Time

Two Silos, Two Plaster Options

Proper treatment, cleaning, maintenance and repair procedures support long service life and help preserve mould functionality throughout production.

Why?

Protect Mould Performance Over Time

Two Silos, Two Plaster Options

In-house scanning, machining, testing and mould-repair capability makes it easier to respond when product geometries, casting results or existing moulds require refinement.

3D Scan-to-Mould Engineering

The development workflow combines 3D scanning, surface analysis and digital mould design, including consideration of shrinkage and deformation before physical mould production begins.

CAM & CNC Mould Machining

Programmable CNC machining supports precise processing of resin and plaster mould components, aluminium plates and related tooling, with stored programs available for repeated production.

Controlled Porous Resin Preparation

Dedicated resin preparation covers storage, pre-mixing, final mixing and casting under defined process conditions. The documented porous resin specification features an 8–13 μm mean pore radius and 27–32% porosity.

Controlled Porous Resin Preparation

Rod mapping, pipe positioning and dedicated internal connections are engineered to distribute water and air throughout the mould while integrating the required slip, drainage and process circuits.

Treatment, Dewatering & Finishing Process

After polymerisation, moulds pass through controlled hot-water treatment, dewatering, surface machining and finishing stages before final assembly and production use.

Integrated Mould Shop & Functional Validation

Mixing equipment, lifting and handling systems, treatment stations, cleaning equipment, measuring tools and mould-shop accessories support the complete workflow, followed by dimensional, visual and functional checks before release.
