MODELLING & MOULDS

RESIN MIXER

The Resin Mixer is a mobile preparation system for resin materials used in sanitary ware mould production. Its three-bucket, two-stage architecture separates preliminary preparation from final mixing, while integrated lifting, adjustable mixing control and wheeled material handling bring the main preparation and transfer operations together in one practical working station.

OUR APPROACH

At a Glance

A mobile three-bucket resin mixing system engineered for controlled preparation and handling of resin mould materials in sanitary ware production.

Why?

More Control Before the Mould

Two Silos, Two Plaster Options

Separating preliminary preparation from final mixing gives operators a clearer, more structured process before the resin mixture is transferred to mould production.

With two separate silos, two different plaster types can be used efficiently, providing greater flexibility for various production requirements.

Why?

Heavy Batches, Easier to Handle

Two Silos, Two Plaster Options

Integrated bucket lifting and wheeled containers simplify material movement around the mixer, reducing unnecessary manual transfer between preparation steps.

With two separate silos, two different plaster types can be used efficiently, providing greater flexibility for various production requirements.

Why?

One Station for the Mixing Sequence

Two Silos, Two Plaster Options

Mixing, lifting and pouring functions are brought together in one working structure, creating a more organised workflow around resin mould preparation.

With two separate silos, two different plaster types can be used efficiently, providing greater flexibility for various production requirements.

Why?

Process Settings Under Control

Two Silos, Two Plaster Options

Adjustable mixing parameters and centrally controlled movements reduce dependence on operator judgement and make the preparation sequence easier to manage consistently.

With two separate silos, two different plaster types can be used efficiently, providing greater flexibility for various production requirements.

Why?

Process Settings Under Control

Two Silos, Two Plaster Options

The mobile machine architecture allows the resin mixing station to be repositioned within the mould-production area as operating requirements change.

Three-Bucket, Two-Stage Process Architecture

The system combines two 300 L stainless-steel preliminary buckets with one 500 L stainless-steel final mixing bucket, separating initial material preparation from the final resin mixing stage.

Integrated Bucket Lifting Groups

Dedicated lifting mechanisms position the mobile buckets within the machine structure, supporting controlled movement between preparation, mixing and discharge operations.

Variable-Speed Final Mixing Unit

The final mixing section uses an adjustable-speed drive with a stainless-steel mixing shaft and propeller, together with pneumatic vertical movement for positioning the mixing assembly.

Variable-Speed Final Mixing Unit

Mixing time, mixing speed and bucket lifting functions are managed from a central control interface, with manual operation available for selected movements when required.

Mobile Machine and Bucket Configuration

The main structure and preparation buckets are equipped for wheeled movement, allowing operators to position batches and relocate the resin mixer without a permanently fixed production layout.

Adjustable Stainless-Steel Pouring Interface

A height-adjustable stainless-steel pouring funnel transfers the prepared mixture from the final bucket towards the mould, creating a direct and practical link between mixing and mould filling.
