MODELLING & MOULDS

CASE MOULD PRODUCTION

Case Mould Production is a sanitary ware mould-shop engineering and know-how solution for preparing the case moulds used in porous resin mould manufacturing. Dedicated set-up equipment, controlled centering and fixing methods, engineered process connections and practical technician training create a reliable foundation for repeatable resin mould production and future mould-shop capability.

OUR APPROACH

At a Glance

A sanitary ware case mould production solution combining dedicated tooling, controlled assembly and process know-how for repeatable resin mould manufacturing.

Why?

Repeatability Starts at the Master Tool

Two Silos, Two Plaster Options

A correctly prepared case mould establishes a controlled reference for producing successive resin moulds with consistent geometry and functional interfaces.

With two separate silos, two different plaster types can be used efficiently, providing greater flexibility for various production requirements.

Why?

Build Mould-Making Knowledge In-House

Two Silos, Two Plaster Options

Structured know-how transfer develops the practical capability to prepare, assemble and validate case moulds within the manufacturer’s own mould shop.

With two separate silos, two different plaster types can be used efficiently, providing greater flexibility for various production requirements.

Why?

Less Improvisation Before Resin Casting

Two Silos, Two Plaster Options

Defined centering, fixing, mapping and connection methods create a systematic preparation process before resin is introduced into the case mould.

With two separate silos, two different plaster types can be used efficiently, providing greater flexibility for various production requirements.

Why?

Complex Functions Planned from the Start

Two Silos, Two Plaster Options

Air, water and slip connections can be incorporated into the mould concept from the preparation stage, supporting more sophisticated resin mould configurations.

With two separate silos, two different plaster types can be used efficiently, providing greater flexibility for various production requirements.

Why?

Complex Functions Planned from the Start

Two Silos, Two Plaster Options

Dedicated workstations, tooling and established preparation methods turn case mould production into a reproducible workshop discipline rather than a one-off craft operation.

With two separate silos, two different plaster types can be used efficiently, providing greater flexibility for various production requirements.

Dedicated Case Mould Set-Up Workstations

Mobile worktables with rigid steel chassis and dedicated working surfaces provide an organized platform for case mould assembly, alignment and preparation.

Case Plate Centering & Support Architecture

Centering components, support elements, case plates and locking accessories are used to establish and maintain the required positioning during mould preparation.

Engineered Back-Plate Fixing

Defined screw locations, aluminum mounting elements, plates and clamping components create a controlled mechanical interface for the mould back-plate structure.

Engineered Back-Plate Fixing

Dedicated inlets, fittings and installation materials allow the required process connections to be incorporated into the mould structure during preparation.

Mapped Water & Air Channel Circuits

Channel layouts are developed to support homogeneous distribution of water and air throughout the required mould sections—an essential foundation for functional resin mould production.

Specialised Mould-Shop Tooling & Process Know-How

The solution combines dedicated assembly tools, measuring equipment, casting auxiliaries and practical training covering case mould set-up, resin casting preparation and quality-control procedures.
