The enclosed working structure and stainless-steel turntable are designed for the demanding conditions of sanitary ware inspection and glazing areas, combining durability with straightforward cleaning.
Directed Extraction Airflow
A radial extraction system draws contaminated air from the booth through dedicated suction channels, removing suspended ceramic dust and glaze particles from the operator working zone.
Jet-Pulse Dry Filtration
Dry filter elements are automatically cleaned by controlled compressed-air pulses, helping maintain stable airflow and pressure drop while handling abrasive ceramic particles. Filter elements are designed to be washable and serviceable.
X-Y Movable Product Turntable
The stainless-steel turntable can be repositioned on both X and Y axes, giving the operator practical access to different surfaces without repeatedly handling or relocating the sanitary ware piece.
Controlled Access & High-Visibility Work Zone
A pneumatically actuated front door can isolate the process area when required, while integrated LED illumination provides a clearly visible workspace for detailed surface inspection and glazing operations.
Project-Engineered Ducting & Line Integration
Flanged extraction ducting is dimensioned according to the project layout and can connect multiple booths to a central dry filtration unit, supporting compact installation and integration with wider handling or automation systems.
