FOOT WIPING MACHINE
The Foot Wiping Machine is a wet sponge-belt system designed to remove residual glaze from the standing surfaces of sanitary ware before firing. Adjustable wiping pressure, continuous water exchange and stainless-steel wetted components support controlled operation, while the hinged roller assembly and mobile frame simplify cleaning, access and positioning within the glazing workflow.

530 mm Wet Sponge Belt System
A 15 mm sponge layer mounted over the PVC conveyor belt provides a 530 mm workable width and 750 mm workable length for foot wiping operations.
Adjustable Sponge Pressure Control
The sponge-band pressing cylinder can be adjusted to control contact between the sanitary ware foot and the wiping surface.
Stainless-Steel Wet Zone
The water tank and all components in direct contact with water are manufactured from stainless steel for suitability in continuous wet operation.
Continuous Water Exchange
The tank is configured for continuous clean-water inlet and dirty-water outlet, supporting ongoing renewal of the process water during wiping.
30° Hinged Roller Assembly
The roller group can be raised by 30°, allowing the water tank to be removed and providing practical access to the sponge-belt area for cleaning and servicing.
Mobile Reinforced Frame
The machine is built on a profile-frame structure and equipped with four castors, two with brakes, combining plant-floor mobility with stable positioning during operation.
