CAROUSEL GLAZING SYSTEM
The Carousel Glazing System is a continuous sanitary ware glazing line that moves products through inspection, preparation, glazing and turntable cleaning in one coordinated flow. Adjustable conveyor speed adapts production to different products and glazing times, while integrated filtration and glaze recovery reduce overspray losses. Its architecture combines efficient manual operation with a practical foundation for future automation.

Continuous 36 / 50-Turntable Carousel Architecture
The line is available with 36 or 50 individual turntables, each capable of 360° rotation and designed to transport sanitary ware continuously through inspection, glazing and downstream operations.
Vector-Controlled 2–6 m/min Conveyor Speed
Line speed is continuously adjustable to match product geometry, required coating time, number of glaze layers and operator configuration, enabling process timing to be tuned to the actual production mix.
Two-Stage Wet & Cartridge Filtration
Water curtains capture airborne glaze and dust before aspiration, while wide-contact, cross-arranged cartridge filters provide a second separation stage before the air reaches the extraction fans.
Integrated Glaze Recovery & Modular Circulation
Sloped stainless-steel collection sections transfer captured glaze toward recovery tanks, while the modular circulation circuit distributes the water curtain evenly and allows individual sections to be isolated for maintenance.
Self-Cleaning Turner Return
Empty turntables pass through a dedicated washing tunnel after unloading, where pressure washing removes process residue before an air-drying stage prepares the turner for the next production cycle.
PLC-Coordinated Line Control
Central PLC control coordinates conveyor speed, booth extraction, pumps, glaze recovery tanks, level functions, pneumatic valves and turntable washing, creating one controlled operating architecture for the complete glazing line.
