AUTOMATIC INSPECTION CELL WITH TRAP GLAZING INTEGRATION

Automatic Inspection Cell with Trap Glazing Integration combines dry finishing and operator inspection, controlled product rotation, assisted WC handling and automated siphon glazing in one coordinated sanitary ware process cell. Dedicated extraction controls finishing dust, while automated glaze feeding, vacuum-air sequencing and product-specific handling reduce manual interventions between inspection and downstream glazing.

OUR APPROACH

At a Glance

Integrated sanitary ware inspection and dry finishing cell with assisted handling, dust extraction and automated WC trap glazing in one coordinated workflow.

Why?

One Flow from Inspection to Trap Glazing

Two Silos, Two Plaster Options

Dry finishing, inspection and trap glazing are brought into a coordinated cell, reducing unnecessary product transfers before downstream glazing.

With two separate silos, two different plaster types can be used efficiently, providing greater flexibility for various production requirements.

Why?

Heavy Pieces. Lighter Handling.

Two Silos, Two Plaster Options

Assisted overhead handling takes the strain out of moving WC pieces between trolley, inspection booth, trap-glazing station and glazing conveyor.

With two separate silos, two different plaster types can be used efficiently, providing greater flexibility for various production requirements.

Why?

A Cleaner Zone for Better Decisions

Two Silos, Two Plaster Options

Dedicated dust extraction keeps finishing residue away from the working zone, creating a cleaner environment for close visual inspection and touch-up work.

With two separate silos, two different plaster types can be used efficiently, providing greater flexibility for various production requirements.

Why?

Less Guesswork Inside the Siphon

Two Silos, Two Plaster Options

Controlled glaze feeding, level feedback and sequenced vacuum and air functions give operators a more structured and repeatable trap-glazing process.

With two separate silos, two different plaster types can be used efficiently, providing greater flexibility for various production requirements.

Why?

Engineered Around the Actual WC

Two Silos, Two Plaster Options

Turntables, gripping tools and handling movements can be configured around the customer’s one-piece and two-piece WC geometries rather than forcing products into a standard handling concept.

With two separate silos, two different plaster types can be used efficiently, providing greater flexibility for various production requirements.

Two-Position Motorized Carousel

Dual stainless-steel turntables index products between working positions, using inverter-controlled movement, position sensing and mechanical locking for controlled rotation within the cell.

PLC-Controlled Trap Glazing Sequence

Automatic glaze valves, pneumatic suction connection, siphon closure, level sensing and coordinated vacuum/air functions manage the key filling and extraction stages of the trap-glazing cycle.

Zero-Gravity Overhead Handling

A rail-mounted electronic load-balancing system with sensitive operator control and a customized rotating gripper assists product transfer throughout the finishing area, including manual 180° WC rotation.

Low-Turbulence Dry Finishing Booth

The stainless-steel booth combines radial dust extraction, integrated lighting and controlled airflow with a lateral interface to the rotating carousel for contained inspection and finishing work.

20,000 m³/h Jet-Pulse Dry Filtration

High-capacity dry filtration uses PTFE-coated filter elements and automatic jet-pulse cleaning to maintain stable extraction performance while managing abrasive finishing dust.

Interlocked Operator Safety Zone

Safety fencing, light curtains and area scanning supervise access around moving equipment, automatically inhibiting carousel movement when the protected working zone is entered.
