MULTI DECK CONVEYORS
Multi Deck Conveyors are tailor-made sanitary ware greenware handling and storage systems designed to connect casting with downstream production while using factory height efficiently. Configurable multi-level conveyors, automated lifting and transfer units provide extended greenware storage with reduced manual handling, supporting smoother process flow, lower deformation risk and adaptable plant layouts.
OUR APPROACH
At a Glance

Configurable Multi-Level Conveyor Architecture
Chain-type storage conveyors can be engineered in double, triple, quad and five-deck configurations for applications including WCs, one-piece WCs and basins, according to product and layout requirements.
Reversible Chain-Driven Transport
The conveyor decks use chain transmission with geared drive systems to provide controlled forward and reverse movement for positioning and routing greenware through the storage system.
Keep Production Moving Between Processes
Dedicated lifting units transfer greenware vertically between conveyor levels and support loading and unloading. Elevator arrangements can be engineered according to deck count and line configuration.
Engineering Creativity
Roller and chain transfer units can connect the casting machine conveyor directly to the Multi Deck Conveyor, enabling automatic movement of greenware into the storage system with minimal intermediate handling.
Resilient Problem-Solving
The control architecture integrates conveyor drives, sensors, lifting units and safety devices, with automatic and manual operating modes available. Existing systems can also be expanded through PLC, HMI and control-logic revisions while preserving the established operating concept.
Individual Autonomy
Supporting steel structures are engineered for the required deck arrangement, while FIFO-oriented routing, guarding, emergency stops and pull-wire safety devices support controlled material flow and safer operator access.
