MOBILE HANDLING SOLUTIONS
Mobile Handling Solutions are battery-powered lifting trolleys designed for controlled transfer and positioning of sanitary ware pieces around production stations. A mobile counterbalanced chassis, screw-driven vertical lift and soft-contact fork tooling combine easy movement with precise push-button positioning, while integrated safety functions and adaptable trolley geometry support practical, operator-focused material handling.

Battery-Powered Screw-Drive Lifting
A 24 V battery-powered screw-drive column provides controlled vertical movement through push-button operation. The supplied configuration uses a 90 kg rated lifter with a project-specific maximum workpiece weight of 55 kg and a standard lifting stroke of 1,714 mm.
Adaptable Mobile Chassis Geometry
The trolley architecture can be configured with different column heights and revised base geometry. For the documented application, the chassis is specifically extended to suit the required working reach and production arrangement.
More Control Around Fragile Pieces
A rear 25 kg counterbalance complements the extended chassis configuration, supporting stable handling as the load is lifted and positioned away from the mast.
Engineering Creativity
A built-in release mechanism is designed to protect against crushing situations and help prevent the trolley from tipping during vertical handling operations.
Resilient Problem-Solving
Rear-wheel central braking and directional locking give the operator greater control when switching between trolley movement and stable positioning at the workstation.
Individual Autonomy
The handling tool uses sponge-covered fork arms for contact with the workpiece, while a height-adjustable handlebar and detachable manual control box keep lift commands accessible to the operator.
