CNC GRINDING MACHINE

The CNC Grinding Machine is a fully automatic 3-axis finishing system for fired sanitary ware such as WCs, washbasins and related products. Dual workstations keep grinding and loading activities moving in parallel, while programmable CNC paths, adaptable horizontal and vertical tables, and controlled spindle operation produce smooth assembly surfaces across a broad product mix.

OUR APPROACH

At a Glance

Fully automatic 3-axis CNC grinding for fired sanitary ware, combining dual-station productivity with flexible positioning and repeatable programmed finishing.

Why?

Keep Grinding While Loading

Two Silos, Two Plaster Options

The dual-station layout allows one product to be ground while the operator unloads and prepares the second station, reducing non-productive waiting time.

With two separate silos, two different plaster types can be used efficiently, providing greater flexibility for various production requirements.

Why?

Consistent Surfaces, Batch After Batch

Two Silos, Two Plaster Options

Stored CNC programs reproduce the defined grinding path for recurring models, supporting consistent assembly surfaces across repeated production.

With two separate silos, two different plaster types can be used efficiently, providing greater flexibility for various production requirements.

Why?

Ready for a Broader Product Mix

Two Silos, Two Plaster Options

Horizontal and adjustable vertical positioning extends the machine from standard WCs and washbasins to products with different dimensions, orientations and fixing requirements.

With two separate silos, two different plaster types can be used efficiently, providing greater flexibility for various production requirements.

Why Choose This Solution?

Faster Return to Repeat Models

Two Silos, Two Plaster Options

Once a product program is created and saved, proven grinding parameters can be recalled without programming the same model again from the beginning.

With two separate silos, two different plaster types can be used efficiently, providing greater flexibility for various production requirements.

Why?

More Control at the Finishing Stage

Two Silos, Two Plaster Options

Programmed motion and adjustable spindle speed turn a critical finishing operation into a controlled CNC process rather than relying solely on manual grinding technique.

With two separate silos, two different plaster types can be used efficiently, providing greater flexibility for various production requirements.

3-Axis CNC Servo Motion

The grinding head operates through coordinated X, Y and Z movements, combining servo-driven linear motion with precision ball-screw guidance for programmed CNC interpolation.

Dual-Station Grinding Architecture

Products can be fixtured in horizontal or vertical orientation according to geometry, with adjustable vertical positioning and adaptable fixing solutions for different sanitary ware configurations.

Horizontal & Adjustable Vertical Worktables

Products can be fixtured in horizontal or vertical orientation according to geometry, with adjustable vertical positioning and adaptable fixing solutions for different sanitary ware configurations.

Programmable Spindle Speed Control

Grinding speed can be adjusted through the CNC program or manually from the control system without stopping the spindle. Different grinding wheel diameters can be selected according to product and process requirements.

Product Program Memory & Transfer

Individual G-code grinding programs can be stored for different models and subsequently recalled, while program data can also be transferred through external PC or USB connection.

Rigid, Vibration-Controlled Mechanical Structure

The steel machine frame, guided axis construction and supported spindle assembly are engineered to maintain mechanical stability and minimise vibration during the grinding operation.
