AUTOMATIC GRINDING MACHINE
The Automatic Grinding Machine is engineered for controlled finishing of 1-piece and 2-piece water closets and other suitable sanitary ware products. A secured workpiece travels into an enclosed grinding cabin where programmable head movement and variable grinding speed automate the finishing cycle. Adjustable fixturing, localized dust extraction and integrated process monitoring support repeatable quality, safer operation and flexible production.

Programmable Automatic Grinding Head
The grinding head operates through programmable cycles with adjustable travel parameters, while variable-frequency control allows grinding-wheel speed to be set approximately between 2,000 and 4,000 rpm. The quoted configuration specifies a grinding cycle of no more than 180 seconds for 4 mm.
Controlled X-Axis Motion
The WC fixing table combines adjustable side clamps, pneumatic holding and rubber-supported contact points to stabilize the ceramic piece during grinding. The dedicated 1P WC table can also be used for 2P WC products, with quick, mistake-resistant pneumatic connections supporting changeover.

Enclosed Grinding & Dust Management
Grinding takes place inside a closed steel cabin with pneumatically operated doors. Extraction connections positioned close to the grinding zone capture dust near its source, while programmable air-blow nozzles clean the table after the finished piece is removed.
PLC/HMI Process & Tool-Life Control
The operator interface manages grinding cycles, travel positions, grinding amount, wheel speed and machine calibration. Integrated cycle counting tracks grinding-disc usage and generates visual alarms when the predefined service or replacement threshold is reached.
Integrated Safety, Alignment & Stability
Safety fencing, front-door light curtains and pneumatic access doors protect the working area. A laser alignment aid, illuminated viewing zones and vibration-isolating supports further assist accurate product setup and stable machine operation.
