PLASTER MOULD DRYER
The Plaster Mould Dryer is an automated chamber system for conditioning plaster working moulds before sanitary ware casting. Controlled hot-air generation, rotating air circulation, humidity extraction and PLC-based drying recipes work together to create repeatable chamber conditions. Configurable chamber, pallet and door layouts allow the dryer to be engineered around different mould-shop capacities and factory flows.

Rotating Conical Air Circulation Units
Slowly rotating conical ACUs combine turbo airflow with distributed outlets to circulate air throughout the chamber; documented UNIMAK units are rated at 22,000 m³/h per ACU.
Modulating Heating Aggregate
The heating group combines burner modulation, a main circulation fan and adjustable fresh/hot-air dampers to follow the required thermal profile. Differential-pressure and temperature safety functions stop heating if abnormal airflow or overheating is detected.
Closed-Loop PID Climate Regulation
Temperature and relative-humidity measurements are continuously transmitted to the PLC, where PID logic regulates the burner and dampers according to the programmed drying curve.
Variable-Speed Humidity Extraction
The exhaust fan operates together with the humidity-control dampers, while inverter control adjusts extraction airflow according to the programmed setpoint instead of relying on fixed-rate ventilation.
Multi-Variable Drying Curve Software
The latest UNIMAK dryer software supports programmable temperature, humidity and ACU fan-speed curves, real-time set-versus-actual monitoring, adjustable PID parameters, alarm tracking, cycle recording, scheduled starts and automatic continuation after a power interruption.
Modular Insulated Chamber Architecture
A robust steel chamber carries the circulation and heating systems above an insulated enclosure. Panel thickness, pallet layout and hinged, sliding or automatic door solutions are selected according to the project rather than forcing every plant into one standard configuration.
