WT BEAM CASTING MACHINE

The WT Beam Casting Machine is a low-pressure sanitary ware casting system for water tanks and wash tanks produced in two-part plaster moulds. Its automated casting sequence, synchronized beam handling and integrated mould-conditioning systems combine controlled production with practical greenware handling, while traditional and spagless mould options allow the configuration to match each plant’s casting strategy.

WT BEAM CASTING MACHINE

At a Glance

A high-capacity water tank casting machine combining automated low-pressure casting, beam-based mould handling and traditional or spagless plaster mould flexibility.

WHY THIS SOLUTION?

More Production from One Coordinated Line

A high mould population managed within one casting system gives manufacturers a structured way to scale water tank and wash tank production.

WHY THIS SOLUTION?

Put Moulds Back to Work Sooner

More Production from One Coordinated Line

Controlled fan drying and spagless mould compatibility help shorten the recovery stage between casts and make better use of the installed mould base.

A high mould population managed within one casting system gives manufacturers a structured way to scale water tank and wash tank production.

WHY THIS SOLUTION?

Keep Every Cast on the Same Process

More Production from One Coordinated Line

Automated filling, slip-level management and timed process stages reduce dependence on manual timing, supporting more repeatable casting conditions across the line.

A high mould population managed within one casting system gives manufacturers a structured way to scale water tank and wash tank production.

WHY THIS SOLUTION?

Make Greenware Handling Easier

More Production from One Coordinated Line

Synchronized mould-top opening and a movable deposit conveyor simplify the transition from casting to demoulding, retouching and pre-drying while limiting unnecessary handling of fragile pieces.

A high mould population managed within one casting system gives manufacturers a structured way to scale water tank and wash tank production.

WHY THIS SOLUTION?

Choose the Casting Route That Fits Your Plant

More Production from One Coordinated Line

Compatibility with water tanks, wash tanks and both traditional and spagless plaster moulds allows the production concept to be selected around the plant’s operating strategy rather than forcing a single approach.

A high mould population managed within one casting system gives manufacturers a structured way to scale water tank and wash tank production.

60+60 Mould Production Architecture

The current WT configuration accommodates 120 mould positions with individual casting control, combining high mould density with a coordinated horizontal casting layout for two-part plaster moulds.

Synchronized Beam Lifting & Airbag Clamping

The beam system automatically opens and closes the mould cover cores together, while pneumatic airbags apply distributed clamping pressure and spring-assisted release supports controlled mould opening.

PLC-Controlled Low-Pressure Casting Sequence

The control system manages filling, slip-level maintenance, draining and timed firming-air stages through programmable casting sequences, with sensors monitoring key machine functions.

Controlled Slip Feeding, Level & Recovery

A dedicated slip circuit uses level monitoring, automatically controlled valves, distribution piping and recovery equipment to manage mould filling, thickness formation, discharge and residual-slip handling.

Spagless & Vacuum Mould Conditioning

Optional spagless preparation provides separately timed air control by module, dedicated regulation and corrosion-conscious machine preparation, while the vacuum system supports controlled removal of water from the mould circuit.

Speed-Controlled Drying & Movable Deposit Conveyor

Adjustable mobile fans travel along the casting bench to direct controlled airflow toward moulds and greenware, while the motorized deposit conveyor positions setters beneath the pieces for demoulding, retouching and pre-drying.
