WB CASTING MACHINE
The WB Casting Machine is a battery-type sanitary ware casting system for washbasins and compatible two-part products using plaster moulds. Automated slip feeding, return-slip discharge and PLC-controlled process stages bring discipline to traditional casting, while configurable mould handling, de-watering and drying solutions allow the line to be engineered around product mix, mould strategy and plant reality.

Modular Battery Bench Architecture
Parallel casting benches use a modular steel structure with plaster moulds arranged along the line, allowing the installation to be configured according to product and mould dimensions.
Mechanical Clamping & Rolling Mould Carriers
Fixed and movable clamping units close the mould battery, while bearing-supported mould cars enable controlled sliding and compact sequential loading along the bench.
Level-Controlled Slip Feed & Return Circuit
A dedicated level tank and probes maintain the slip level, while automatically controlled inlet, outlet and discharge valves manage mould filling and return-slip evacuation through the bench distribution circuit.
PLC-Managed Casting Sequence
The control system manages key casting parameters including slip charging, thickness formation, waiting, discharge and cooling stages through the operator interface for repeatable cycle execution.
Blower-Assisted Draining & Greenware Hardening
Bench-mounted air distribution uses blower-generated airflow with pressure monitoring and regulation to evacuate return slip and support controlled hardening before demoulding.
Configurable Mould Recovery Systems
Optional spagless de-watering and speed-controlled fan drying can be integrated to support mould preparation and greenware pre-drying, with air treatment adapted to process requirements.
