VERTICAL WC CASTING MACHINE
The Vertical WC Casting Machine is a modular low-pressure sanitary ware casting system for plaster-mould production of floor-standing, wall-hung and back-to-wall WCs, as well as bidets. Combining automatic casting control, synchronized mould handling, assisted demoulding and configurable drying, it brings greater repeatability and operator efficiency to traditional casting while preserving broad mould and product flexibility.

Modular 3-, 4- & 5-Part Mould Architecture
Developed for loose-piece plaster mould concepts, the modular platform accommodates 3-, 4- and 5-part mould arrangements and can be configured for traditional or optional Spagless plaster mould technology.
Individual PLC Casting Control
Available in 36+36 or 45+45 mould configurations, with individual casting control and automatic management of filling, thickness formation, hardening, waiting and discharge stages.
Synchronized Beam Opening & Pressure-Monitored Clamping
The lifting beam opens and closes the mould cover sections simultaneously. Air-bag clamping incorporates pressure sensing and operator-defined setpoints, while locking units verify correct connection between mould sections.
Automatic Slip Feeding & Return-Slip Management
PLC-controlled slip feeding maintains the required level during filling and thickness formation, then manages return-slip discharge. Sectional distribution enables pressure adjustment along the casting line.
Assisted Demoulding & Greenware Handling
A semi-automatic greenware manipulator locks and tilts the mould through 90° for controlled product removal, supported by a separate mould-part manipulator. Double-deck deposit conveyor configurations can incorporate an elevator and inspection turntable for downstream handling.
Variable-Speed Mould & Greenware Drying
Frequency-controlled fan groups provide adjustable airflow for both mould parts and freshly cast pieces, with pneumatic positioning. Optional enhanced mould-drying and Spagless de-watering configurations can be integrated according to production requirements.
