SOR ONE PIECE WC CASTING MACHINE
The SOR One Piece WC Casting Machine is a low-pressure plaster-mould casting line for stick-on-rim One Piece and Smart Water Closets. Separate body and rim modules combine automatic casting control with adaptable mould positioning and engineered handling for sticking and demoulding. Configurations support up to 30 moulds, with optional 15+15 control for multi-model production.

15+15 Independent Casting Architecture
The 30-mould configuration can be divided into two independently operated 15-mould sections, enabling different models to be processed within the same SOR casting line.
Separate Body & Rim Process Control
PLC/HMI automation manages casting sequences and allows body and rim modules to use different settings for slip charging, thickness formation, discharge, waiting and hardening.
Level-Controlled Slip Feeding & Discharge
Level tanks, probes and automatically controlled valves maintain slip level during filling and thickness formation, while the same circuit manages return-slip discharge from the plaster moulds.
Pressure-Monitored Airbag Clamping
Pneumatic airbags apply closing force simultaneously across the mould group, while pressure sensing and beam locking monitor mould closure and provide controlled, even clamping conditions.
Tilting & Spagless Process Architecture
Body and rim casting benches can be positioned independently for casting and draining, while modular air circuits and timed valve control support automatic dewatering when spagless plaster moulds are used.
Engineered Sticking & Demoulding Handling
The SOR system can be configured with an overhead rim-sticking system and rail-guided demoulding manipulator, creating a controlled transfer path from mould opening through sticking, demoulding and greenware deposit.
