SOR 2PC WC CASTING MACHINE
The SOR 2PC WC Casting Machine is a low-pressure sanitary ware casting system for Stick-on-Rim two-piece WCs using traditional or spagless plaster moulds. Separate body and rim modules combine automatic casting control, adjustable process positioning, controlled slip handling and assisted piece handling in a flexible platform for floor-standing, Back-to-Wall and Wall-Hung WC production.

Sectional PLC Casting Architecture
Body and rim casting processes are independently controlled, with adjustable parameters for slip filling, thickness formation, hardening, waiting and discharge; selected configurations also divide mould groups into separately controlled production sections.
Sensor-Guided Body & Rim Tilting
The body casting bench provides controlled inclination according to process requirements, while the rim modules can tilt up to 45° for casting and draining, with sensor or encoder-based positioning depending on configuration.
Pressure-Sensed Airbag Clamping
Pneumatic airbags apply balanced pressure across the mould cores, while pressure monitoring and beam locking systems supervise correct closing conditions before the casting sequence proceeds.
Level-Controlled Slip Feed & Return Circuit
Dedicated body and rim circuits use level-monitored header tanks, distribution manifolds and controlled valves to maintain slip level during filling and thickness formation while managing return-slip discharge.
Programmable Spagless Air Management
Separate air circuits for body, mould-top and rim sections combine regulators, automatic valves and programmable timing for controlled dewatering and demoulding support, with the machine structure prepared for wet-process conditions.
Assisted Sticking, Demoulding & Greenware Transfer
An overhead handling system supports rim installation and sticking, while project-specific demoulding assistance transfers the green piece toward single- or multi-deck conveyor storage with reduced manual handling.
