SER 3PC WC CASTING MACHINE

he SER 3PC WC Casting Machine is a modular low-pressure sanitary ware casting system for producing three-part WC assemblies in plaster moulds, coordinating shell, engine and rim casting within one production line. Synchronized mould handling, controlled slip and air processes, and lift-assisted demoulding and sticking support flexible, repeatable production while reducing demanding manual handling.

SER 3PC WC CASTING MACHINE

At a Glance

Modular low-pressure sanitary ware machinery for flexible SER 3-piece WC casting in plaster moulds, with coordinated process control and assisted handling.

WHY THIS SOLUTION?

More Casting Time, Less Mould Handling

Synchronized core movement and assisted handling reduce the repetitive operations between casting, demoulding and assembly stages.

WHY THIS SOLUTION?

More Freedom Across the Product Mix

More Casting Time, Less Mould Handling

Built around SER 3-piece WC production, the modular platform can also accommodate documented 2-piece and 1-piece plaster-mould configurations subject to project-specific mould confirmation.

Synchronized core movement and assisted handling reduce the repetitive operations between casting, demoulding and assembly stages.

WHY THIS SOLUTION?

Better Control of Every Casting Step

More Casting Time, Less Mould Handling

Controlled slip filling, draining and firming-air sequences give operators a more disciplined and repeatable process from mould filling through demoulding preparation.

Synchronized core movement and assisted handling reduce the repetitive operations between casting, demoulding and assembly stages.

WHY THIS SOLUTION?

Lighter Work Around Delicate Greenware

More Casting Time, Less Mould Handling

Lift-assisted demoulding and sticking equipment reduces the physical effort required to lift, rotate and position heavy mould parts and freshly cast components.

Synchronized core movement and assisted handling reduce the repetitive operations between casting, demoulding and assembly stages.

WHY THIS SOLUTION?

Ready for the Reality of the Casting Shop

More Casting Time, Less Mould Handling

Protected bearings, stainless mould-handling components and integrated safety systems are engineered for dependable operation in the wet, demanding environment of sanitary ware casting.

Synchronized core movement and assisted handling reduce the repetitive operations between casting, demoulding and assembly stages.

Modular Low-Pressure Casting Architecture

The plaster-mould system combines dedicated SER shell and engine casting benches, separate rim casting modules and a deposit conveyor in one coordinated production layout. The architecture is also documented for alternative 2P and 1P mould configurations.

Rolling Mould Cars & Monitored Fixing

Stainless mould cars run on protected roller bearings for smooth positioning along the bench, while movable and hydraulic fixing units secure the mould arrangement with operator-visible fixing pressure.

Synchronized Hydraulic Core Beam System

Hydraulic cylinders and chain-gear mechanisms lift the upper mould cores together, enabling simultaneous opening and closing. Integrated locking systems secure the beam group during operation and when raised.

Sensor-Positioned Rim Casting Modules

Rim mould modules combine hydraulic vertical opening, selectable casting and draining positions, air-bag mould fixing, pneumatic locking and sensor feedback to confirm correct module positioning.

Programmable Casting & Air Process Control

PLC logic manages key stages including header-tank filling, mould filling, slip-level maintenance, drain air, timed discharge and firming air. Sensors provide system-status feedback, while programmable spagless air circuits support controlled dewatering and demoulding functions.

Lift-Assisted Demoulding & Sticking

A mobile pneumatic manipulator provides up to 100 kg lifting capacity with a 700 mm stroke for on-rim demoulding and product positioning. The semi-automatic overhead handling system provides 500 kg pneumatic lifting capacity for rim transfer and sticking operations.
