ROTATING WC CASTING MACHINE

The Rotating WC Casting Machine is a modular low-pressure casting system that uses controlled mould rotation to adapt casting, draining and demoulding positions to different WC geometries. Designed for plaster mould production, it combines independent casting modules, automated slip management and hydraulically assisted greenware handling in a configurable platform for sanitary ware manufacturers.

ROTATING WC CASTING MACHINE

At a Glance

A rotating low-pressure WC casting machine that brings mould positioning, modular production and assisted greenware handling into one configurable plaster-casting platform.

WHY THIS SOLUTION?

Put Every WC in Its Best Position

The mould is not tied to one fixed orientation. Rotation allows casting, draining and demoulding positions to be selected around the geometry and handling needs of the WC being produced.

WHY THIS SOLUTION?

Run the Product Mix You Actually Need

Put Every WC in Its Best Position

Modular casting stations make it possible to configure production around different WC models instead of committing the entire machine to one rigid product arrangement.

The mould is not tied to one fixed orientation. Rotation allows casting, draining and demoulding positions to be selected around the geometry and handling needs of the WC being produced.

WHY THIS SOLUTION?

Take the Heavy Work Out of Demoulding

Put Every WC in Its Best Position

Hydraulic handling equipment supports the green piece at the most delicate stage of production, making removal more controlled while reducing demanding manual handling for operators.

The mould is not tied to one fixed orientation. Rotation allows casting, draining and demoulding positions to be selected around the geometry and handling needs of the WC being produced.

WHY THIS SOLUTION?

Get the Mould Ready for What Comes Next

Put Every WC in Its Best Position

Targeted airflow and optional Spagless dewatering help manage mould recovery between casting cycles, giving producers a more active way to manage one of the key constraints of plaster-mould production.

The mould is not tied to one fixed orientation. Rotation allows casting, draining and demoulding positions to be selected around the geometry and handling needs of the WC being produced.

WHY THIS SOLUTION?

Expand Without Rethinking the Whole System

Put Every WC in Its Best Position

The machine is built around repeatable casting modules, allowing mould quantity and system configuration to be engineered around the required production scale and future investment plan.

Encoder-Controlled Rotating Casting Bench

The mould-carrying bench is gearbox driven and rotates to the required process position. Encoder feedback provides controlled angular positioning for casting, draining and demoulding operations rather than relying on a fixed bench orientation.

Independent Module Movement

Casting modules are mechanically and functionally separated so their movements can be controlled independently. UNIMAK documentation specifically notes sequential module movement to avoid unwanted mechanical influence or deformation between modules.

Multi-Directional Mould Adjustment

The mould fastening equipment can be mechanically adjusted vertically, laterally and longitudinally. This gives the engineering team additional freedom when adapting the machine interface to different plaster mould geometries and WC models.

Monitored Slip Level & Automated Flow Control

Slip is supplied through a level-controlled tank monitored by probes, while inlet, outlet and draining valves are managed through the casting control system. Maintaining the slip head during filling and thickness formation provides a controlled basis for each casting sequence.

Hydraulic Greenware Demoulding Table

A mobile hydraulic lifting table is positioned beneath the moulds and raised to the required demoulding height, supporting several green pieces together at module level. On appropriate configurations, the same handling principle can also support intermediate sticking operations.

Configurable Plaster Mould Conditioning

Variable-speed mobile fans can be directed toward upper cores, lower cores, side mould sections and freshly demoulded pieces. Where Spagless plaster moulds are used, automatic timed air circuits can additionally manage dewatering of individual mould sections.
