ROTATING WB CASTING MACHINE
The Rotating WB Casting Machine is a modular low-pressure sanitary ware casting system for plaster mould production of wash basins, wash tanks, urinals and kitchen sinks. Controlled mould rotation enables casting and draining at application-specific angles, while automated slip management and assisted demoulding make it particularly well suited to diverse, deep and higher-value product geometries.

Encoder-Controlled Rotating Casting Bench
The mould-carrying bench is gearbox driven and rotates to controlled angular positions for casting and draining, with encoder feedback providing accurate positioning throughout the sequence.
Independently Controlled Modular Architecture
Each module forms a self-contained casting section, with mould quantity configured according to product dimensions and the possibility of applying different casting parameters to individual modules.
Automatic Slip Filling & Level Control
A monitored level tank, probes and PLC-controlled valves manage slip filling, level maintenance and return-slip discharge, supporting repeatable casting conditions during thickness formation.
Beam & Pneumatic Airbag Clamping
The upper mould sections are carried by an automatic beam system, while the pneumatic airbag applies distributed clamping pressure along the mould group for simultaneous closing and opening.
Assisted Horizontal Demoulding
Depending on the project configuration, a demoulding trolley or manipulator supports controlled transfer of the green piece from the mould, reducing manual lifting and simplifying movement toward the next production stage.
Controlled Mould & Greenware Drying
Speed-controlled mobile fans can be directed toward mould sections and green pieces after casting, with controlled positioning and airflow helping prepare the moulds for the following production cycle.
