FFC WB CASTING MACHINE
The FFC WB Casting Machine is a low-pressure sanitary ware casting line engineered for large Fine Fire Clay products including wash basins, kitchen sinks, console basins and shower trays. Vertical casting, controlled slip management and automatic horizontal demoulding combine with flexible mould configurations and integrated handling systems to create a more organised, ergonomic and repeatable production process.

FFC WB CASTING MACHINE
At a Glance
A mechanised Fine Fire Clay casting line for large sanitary ware, combining vertical casting, automatic horizontal demoulding and flexible multi-model production.
WHY THIS SOLUTION?
Industrialise Large-Format FFC

//TECHNICAL DATA
Annual Output – Single Cavity Mould (PCS/YEAR)
Annual Output – Double Cavity Mould (PCS/YEAR)
Hydraulic 0–8° Tilting Casting Bench
The modular bench casts vertically and tilts hydraulically according to the process, improving slip feeding and drainage while helping manage slip meeting points inside large moulds.

Pressure-Regulated Slip Feeding & Drainage
The slip circuit maintains controlled feeding conditions through pressure regulation and PLC-operated valves, while the same architecture manages filling, level maintenance and return-slip discharge.

Automatic 90° Hydraulic Demoulding Manipulator
The manipulator locks and separates the mould, rotates it from vertical to horizontal, lifts the mould away and releases the cast piece onto its support through a controlled hydraulic sequence.

PLC-Controlled Casting with Individual Mould Logic
Casting, drainage and compressed-air operations are managed through PLC control, while the 50+50 mould configuration is specified with individual casting control for flexible production planning.
Double-Deck Greenware Buffer with Elevator Transfer
Cast pieces are stored horizontally across two conveyor levels, with lifting transfer between decks using vertical volume to create an efficient intermediate buffer after demoulding.
Closed-Circuit Mould Drying Architecture
Speed-controlled mobile fans move along the bench, while the optional hot-air drying system recirculates conditioned air through distribution channels, an insulated enclosure and humidity exhaust control.
