ECM WC KIT 8 BATTERY TYPE HPCM
The ECM WC KIT 8 Battery Type HPCM is a high-pressure casting machine for 4- and 5-part resin moulds used in open-rim WC bowl production. Eight independently configurable kit modules combine model-specific casting control with synchronized automatic demoulding, enabling mixed-model production, parallel handling and flexible mould-pack configuration within one industrial casting platform.
ECM WC KIT 8 BATTERY TYPE HPCM
At a Glance
An eight-module WC high-pressure casting machine combining independent process control with simultaneous demoulding for flexible, high-productivity sanitary ware production.
WHY THIS SOLUTION?
Eight Pieces, One Demoulding Step
All mould stations are demoulded simultaneously rather than sequentially, shortening the non-casting portion of the cycle and increasing productive use of the machine. The referenced configuration states 23% higher output compared with sequential one-by-one demoulding.

Independently Controlled Kit-Module Architecture
Each mould station operates as an individual high-pressure casting module within the battery system. Process parameters and most mechanical movements can be configured independently, allowing different moulds and WC models to operate on the same platform.
Synchronized Eight-Station Demoulding System
Dedicated demoulding trolleys position beneath each product and operate simultaneously. Each trolley carries its own setter/tool and can be configured according to the geometry and required demoulding position of its corresponding model.
Proportional Hydraulic Lateral Closing
The lateral mould sections use a common proportional hydraulic closing function, while the remaining mould-part movements are individually managed according to model requirements. This architecture supports controlled mould closure while reducing the risk of slip leakage during casting.
Encoder-Based Precision Movement Control
Electrical mould movements use encoder feedback, supported by controlled drive technology for accurate positioning. Hydraulic movement is applied to the lateral and upper mould sections, while the lower mould section is electrically positioned.
Motorized Movable Fixing Unit
A motor-driven movable fixing unit closes the mould-pack gap and locks mechanically into the machine structure before pressure is applied. Its adjustable position eliminates the need for conventional modular spacers when configuring the mould arrangement.
Distributed Industrial Automation Network
PLC control, movement sensors, industrial communication and wireless connectivity integrate the individual kit modules with the central control system. This architecture reduces inter-module cabling while supporting coordinated sequencing, diagnostics and precise movement supervision.
