Double-Deck Mould Architecture
Two vertically arranged mould levels enable simultaneous casting within a compact machine structure, increasing productive mould capacity without proportionally increasing floor-space requirements.

Programmable 0–12° Tilting
The casting position can be adjusted between 0 and 12 degrees during different process stages, providing additional control over mould filling, casting and demoulding requirements for different products.

Automatic Proportional Slip Feeding
Automatic proportional slip feeding is integrated with the machine's hydraulic and process controls to provide controlled high-pressure casting conditions throughout the cycle.

Independent Mould-Station Parameters
Casting parameters can be configured individually for each mould station, enabling different process settings within the same production system and improving flexibility for varying product requirements.

Robot-Integrated Cell Automation
The robotic configuration uses dedicated demoulding tooling, axis position feedback and robot-compatible safety interlocks. In the developed cell, three ECM ONE+ machines and one robot are coordinated through a common automation system, with vertical resting storage and automated transfer to the output station.

Fast Mould Access & Flexible Integration
Rear-side access, T-slot mounting and practical mould clamping simplify installation and removal. The system is also designed to support adaptation of existing moulds, giving manufacturers greater freedom when integrating ECM ONE+ into established production environments.
