ECM-S12 ECO BATTERY TYPE HPCM
The ECM ECO S12 Battery High Pressure Casting Machine is a semi-automatic sanitary ware casting system for two-part resin moulds used for washbasins, consoles, pedestals, tanks, lids and related products. Its 12-mould vertical battery concept combines proportional process control, mould-specific casting parameters and flexible mould configuration for consistent, adaptable high-pressure production.

//TECHNICAL DATA
Wash Basin – Annual Output
Pedestal / Small Wash Basin – Annual Output
12-Station Vertical Battery & Flexible Mould Mounting
Up to 12 two-part resin moulds are suspended on guided mould hangers in a 10° vertical casting position. Direct mould mounting is standard, while optional intermediate plates enable adaptation to different mould structures and dimensions.
Movable Fixing Frame for 1–12 Mould Operation
A movable fixing group with guided movement and mechanical locking allows the clamping position to be adjusted for different mould quantities, eliminating the need for modular spacers.
Proportional Hydraulic Clamping & Pressure Matching
Hydraulic clamping provides up to 1000 kN of force, while PLC control proportionally regulates mould fixing pressure in relation to internal slip pressure throughout the casting cycle.

Mould-by-Mould Proportional Casting Control
The casting system operates at pressures up to 12 bar with proportional slip and air pressure control. Dedicated feeding and draining valves enable individual casting parameters and valve sequences for each mould station.
Recirculated Slip Line with Pressure Stabilisation
A slip circulation line maintains slip movement before mould filling, while an integrated pressure tank dampens pressure fluctuations to reduce shock loads on both the resin moulds and machine structure.
Recipe-Based PLC/HMI Process Control
The touch interface manages slip, air and hydraulic pressures together with filling, casting, draining and hardening times, supported by recipe storage, process graphs, alarm history and remote connection capability.
