ECM B 8-12 BATTERY TYPE HPCM

The ECM B 8-12 Battery High Pressure Casting Machine is designed for flexible, automated production of two-part sanitary ware such as furniture basins, kitchen sinks and shower trays. Independent mould control, proportional pressure management and simultaneous horizontal demoulding combine high-pressure casting productivity with gentle product handling, flexible mould configurations and efficient model changes.

ECM B 8-12 BATTERY TYPE HPCM

At a Glance

A flexible battery high pressure casting machine combining independent mould control, simultaneous demoulding and fast mould changes for large two-part sanitary ware production.

WHY THIS SOLUTION?

More Output from Every Casting Cycle

All products can be demoulded simultaneously instead of one by one, reducing non-productive handling time and shortening the overall production cycle

WHY THIS SOLUTION?

One Machine, More Product Possibilities

More Output from Every Casting Cycle

Different models can be installed on the same machine and produced within the same cycle, with casting parameters individually adjusted for each mould station.

All products can be demoulded simultaneously instead of one by one, reducing non-productive handling time and shortening the overall production cycle

WHY THIS SOLUTION?

Gentler Handling of Greenware

More Output from Every Casting Cycle

Vertical casting followed by controlled horizontal demoulding minimizes manual contact with freshly cast products, supporting more consistent handling of large and deformation-sensitive sanitary ware.

All products can be demoulded simultaneously instead of one by one, reducing non-productive handling time and shortening the overall production cycle

WHY THIS SOLUTION?

Flexible Production with Different Mould Quantities

More Output from Every Casting Cycle

The movable pressing frame automatically adapts to different mould package lengths, allowing production with fewer or more moulds without modular spacers or time-consuming mechanical modifications.

All products can be demoulded simultaneously instead of one by one, reducing non-productive handling time and shortening the overall production cycle

WHY THIS SOLUTION?

Built for Demanding Production

More Output from Every Casting Cycle

Rigid machine construction and a heavy-duty mould carriage system provide the mechanical stability required for large-format and multi-cavity resin moulds while supporting reliable long-term operation.

All products can be demoulded simultaneously instead of one by one, reducing non-productive handling time and shortening the overall production cycle

Battery-Type Two-Part Resin Mould Architecture

The ECM B 8-12 is engineered for two-part resin moulds with vertical high-pressure casting and controlled horizontal demoulding, providing a robust platform for furniture basins, kitchen sinks, shower trays and other large sanitary ware products.

Independent Mould-Station Process Control

Each mould station can operate with its own casting parameters, enabling different process settings for different products on the same machine. Individual station controls communicate with the central PLC through an industrial communication architecture.

Controlled Mould Opening and Rotation

Motor-driven mould carriages provide controlled linear opening and closing, while the mould fixing assemblies rotate between vertical casting and horizontal demoulding positions. Drive-controlled movement and position feedback ensure repeatable mould positioning throughout the cycle.

Proportional Pressure-Synchronized Clamping

Slip pressure and hydraulic mould-clamping pressure are proportionally coordinated throughout the casting process. By continuously maintaining the required balance between internal casting pressure and external clamping force, the system avoids unnecessary mechanical loading on the resin moulds, helping protect mould integrity and extend mould service life.

Controlled Slip Distribution and Pressure Management

A circulating slip circuit supplies fresh slip to the moulds, while PLC-controlled slip, air, water and vacuum valves manage the casting sequence. Pressure-balancing elements minimize fluctuations in the slip circuit and reduce shock loads on both moulds and machine structure.

Dual-Purpose Demoulding & Mould Change Trolley

The trolley system is designed not only for automatic product demoulding but also to support resin mould installation and replacement. Using the same handling platform for both operations simplifies heavy mould handling and contributes directly to faster, easier mould changes and reduced production downtime.
