ECM 200–300 HPCM

The ECM 200–300 High Pressure Casting Machine is a flexible single-mould system for sanitary ware produced with two-part resin moulds, including large VC/FFC basins, kitchen sinks and shower trays. Programmable angular casting, proportional pressure control and automatic horizontal demoulding support complex geometries, controlled process conditions and efficient model changes.

ECM 200–300 HPCM

At a Glance

Single-mould sanitary ware high-pressure casting for large and complex VC/FFC products, with multi-angle processing and automatic horizontal demoulding.

WHY THIS SOLUTION?

Cast What Fixed Angles Cannot

Positioning the mould throughout filling, casting and draining gives manufacturers greater freedom to produce deep, large and complex forms without designing the product around a fixed casting orientation.

WHY THIS SOLUTION?

Protect the Piece at Its Most Vulnerable

Cast What Fixed Angles Cannot

Automatic horizontal demoulding transfers fresh greenware without direct manual handling, reducing the risk of deformation while the ceramic body is still soft.

Positioning the mould throughout filling, casting and draining gives manufacturers greater freedom to produce deep, large and complex forms without designing the product around a fixed casting orientation.

WHY THIS SOLUTION?

Move Between Models Faster

Cast What Fixed Angles Cannot

Single-mould architecture, accessible mould installation and quick-change provisions make the ECM 200–300 well suited to production environments where product mix changes matter as much as output.

Positioning the mould throughout filling, casting and draining gives manufacturers greater freedom to produce deep, large and complex forms without designing the product around a fixed casting orientation.

WHY THIS SOLUTION?

Use Labour Where It Adds Value

Cast What Fixed Angles Cannot

Automated casting and demoulding allow one operator to supervise up to four machines per shift, shifting labour away from repetitive machine handling toward finishing and quality activities.

Positioning the mould throughout filling, casting and draining gives manufacturers greater freedom to produce deep, large and complex forms without designing the product around a fixed casting orientation.

WHY THIS SOLUTION?

Treat the Mould as a Production Asset

Cast What Fixed Angles Cannot

Clamping force follows the pressure developing inside the mould instead of applying unnecessary maximum load throughout the cycle, helping protect resin tooling from avoidable mechanical stress.

Positioning the mould throughout filling, casting and draining gives manufacturers greater freedom to produce deep, large and complex forms without designing the product around a fixed casting orientation.

Programmable Multi-Angle Casting Table

Hydraulic table rotation allows mould orientation to be selected for filling, casting, draining and hardening stages, with the ECM 200/300 platform specified for casting positions up to ±180°.

Proportional Slip & Air Pressure Control

The full-automatic casting process proportionally controls slip and air pressure up to 12 bar, providing controlled process conditions for different product geometries and casting recipes.

Adaptive Hydraulic Mould Clamping

Hydraulic proportional clamping provides up to 2,000 kN of clamping force, while control logic adjusts the required external force in relation to the slip pressure developing inside the mould.

Automatic Horizontal Demoulding

The automatic demoulding trolley/manipulator moves beneath the cast piece and receives it from the mould without conventional manual removal, enabling controlled horizontal handling of soft greenware.

Large-Format Resin Mould Platform

ECM 200/300 configurations feature mould fixing plates of 1,200 × 2,000 mm or 1,200 × 3,000 mm, supporting large two-part resin moulds as well as multi-cavity applications for smaller products.

Sensor-Interlocked PLC Process Control

Machine movements are monitored through sensors and sequenced by PLC logic so each process step is confirmed before the next begins. The control architecture also supports stored model data, mould-use tracking and integration with conveyor or robotic handling.
