COR ONE PIECE WC CASTING MACHINE
The COR One Piece WC Casting Machine is a low-pressure plaster-mould casting system engineered for one-piece toilet production. Two modular casting benches coordinate slip filling, thickness formation, draining and hardening, followed by assisted cast-on-rim demoulding. Automatic process control, adjustable bench tilting and configurable mould arrangements combine repeatable casting with practical handling and production flexibility.
COR ONE PIECE WC CASTING MACHINE
At a Glance
A low-pressure one-piece WC casting machine with up to 66 plaster moulds, automatic process control and assisted cast-on-rim demoulding.
WHY THIS SOLUTION?
More Output from One Casting Platform
Two 33-mould benches create a 66-mould production platform for one-piece WC casting, combining production scale with a coordinated process structure.

Twin Modular Casting Benches
Two modular metal-frame benches accommodate up to 33 plaster moulds each. Roller-supported mould cars allow the mould assemblies to travel along the bench for installation and positioning.
Motorized +11° / -7° Bench Tilting
A motor-and-gearbox driven trapeze shaft adjusts the casting bench between +11° and -7°, with end-position control and a defined zero reference for process positioning.
Synchronized Beam & Airbag Clamping
The beam system opens and closes the mould cover cores simultaneously. Adjustable fixing equipment, beam locking units and pneumatic airbags provide secure alignment and distributed clamping pressure across the moulds.
PLC-Controlled Slip Feed & Return
A monitored level tank, level probes and PLC-controlled pneumatic valves manage slip filling, level maintenance and return-slip discharge. Casting parameters are set through the operator interface.
Air-Assisted Draining & Piece Hardening
A dedicated blower and distribution pipeline introduce air into the moulds after thickness formation, supporting return-slip evacuation and controlled hardening of the green body before demoulding.
Rail-Mounted Cast-on-Rim Demoulding
The optional pneumatic demoulding manipulator travels between the casting and deposit benches, lifting and rotating the mould with its car before transferring the green piece onto the receiving support. Additional fifth-part handling and drying systems can be integrated where required.
