COR BEAM WC CASTING MACHINE

The COR Beam WC Casting Machine is a low-pressure sanitary ware casting system developed for multi-part plaster mould production of wall-hung, back-to-wall and floor-standing water closets. Its twin-beam architecture combines automated casting control with configurable mould handling, assisted demoulding and integrated drying solutions, providing a practical balance of capacity, product flexibility and repeatable process control.

COR BEAM WC CASTING MACHINE

At a Glance

A flexible low-pressure WC casting machine combining twin-beam capacity, multi-part plaster mould compatibility and automated process control for sanitary ware production.

WHY THIS SOLUTION?

More Casting Capacity, Same Proven Process

Twin casting benches accommodate up to 70 plaster moulds, bringing industrial-scale output to a well-established low-pressure casting process. Mould quantity can be configured around the actual product dimensions.

WHY THIS SOLUTION?

More Models on One Production Platform

More Casting Capacity, Same Proven Process

Support for 3-, 4- and 5-part mould concepts enables the same machine platform to serve wall-hung, back-to-wall, floor-standing WC and selected bidet designs.

Twin casting benches accommodate up to 70 plaster moulds, bringing industrial-scale output to a well-established low-pressure casting process. Mould quantity can be configured around the actual product dimensions.

WHY THIS SOLUTION?

Heavy Handling Made Easier

More Casting Capacity, Same Proven Process

Semi-automated demoulding and dedicated handling for additional mould parts reduce the physical effort required around large plaster moulds and delicate greenware.

Twin casting benches accommodate up to 70 plaster moulds, bringing industrial-scale output to a well-established low-pressure casting process. Mould quantity can be configured around the actual product dimensions.

WHY THIS SOLUTION?

Less Waiting Before the Next Cast

More Casting Capacity, Same Proven Process

Controlled airflow, dedicated mould-part drying and optional enhanced drying solutions help prepare plaster moulds more effectively between production cycles.

Twin casting benches accommodate up to 70 plaster moulds, bringing industrial-scale output to a well-established low-pressure casting process. Mould quantity can be configured around the actual product dimensions.

WHY THIS SOLUTION?

Repeatable Production Across the Full Line

More Casting Capacity, Same Proven Process

Automated filling, thickness formation, draining and hardening reduce dependence on manual timing, giving operators stronger control over a long multi-mould casting process.

Twin casting benches accommodate up to 70 plaster moulds, bringing industrial-scale output to a well-established low-pressure casting process. Mould quantity can be configured around the actual product dimensions.

Twin-Beam Low-Pressure Casting Architecture

Two modular casting benches can be configured with up to 35 moulds per bench, creating a 35+35 arrangement for traditional or spagless plaster mould production.

PLC-Controlled Slip Feeding & Casting Sequence

Level probes monitor the slip tank while automated valves manage filling and discharge. Casting parameters such as filling, thickness formation, draining and hardening are managed through the operator control system.

Synchronized Beam Opening & Airbag Clamping

The beam system raises the mould cover cores together, while pneumatic airbags apply distributed clamping pressure along the bench. Mechanical beam locking provides an additional check that mould sections are correctly joined.

Multi-Part Mould Configuration

Sliding mould cars and adjustable mould hangers support different multi-part plaster mould arrangements. The machine can be configured for 3-, 4- and 5-part moulds, with process tilting available according to the selected machine configuration.

Rail-Guided Demoulding & Back-Part Handling

The semi-automatic demoulding manipulator travels between casting and deposit areas to assist lifting, rotation and greenware transfer. A dedicated lifting and storage system can position fifth mould parts near the drying zone with automatic pneumatic locking.

Variable-Speed Drying & Spagless Readiness

Mobile fans combine angular positioning, horizontal movement and speed control to direct airflow across mould sections and greenware. The platform can also be equipped with curtain drying and spagless dewatering systems according to production requirements.
