COF ONE PIECE WC CASTING MACHINE
The COF One Piece WC Casting Machine is a low-pressure beam casting system for one-piece and smart sanitary ware using traditional plaster moulds. Dual 33-Mould Beam Architecture
Two modular casting benches accommodate up to 33 traditional plaster moulds each. Sliding mould cars, fixed and movable clamping units, and adjustable cover-core fixtures form the mechanical basis of the 66-mould configuration.
Automated Slip Feed & Casting Sequence
PLC-based control manages slip charging, thickness formation, waiting and discharge stages, while level probes and automatically controlled valves regulate slip supply and return through each bench.
Process-Adjustable Tilting Bench
Motor-driven bench tilting changes the mould position during casting and draining, allowing the casting geometry to be adapted to the requirements of the mould and process.
Equal-Pressure Airbag Clamping
A beam-mounted pneumatic airbag closes the mould cover cores simultaneously and distributes clamping pressure across the mould line. Mechanical beam locks provide an additional check that the upper and lower mould sections are correctly engaged.
Assisted Demoulding & Back-Part Handling
Rail-guided hydro-pneumatic manipulators assist greenware removal and transfer, while the dedicated lifting system raises the mould back parts toward the drying area and locks them securely at defined positions. Cast-on-foot and cast-on-rim handling configurations can be incorporated according to the mould concept.
Controlled Mould & Greenware Drying
Speed-controlled mobile fans travel along the bench and direct airflow toward mould sections and greenware. An optional curtain dryer adds closed-circuit hot-air circulation through under-bench channels for controlled plaster-mould recovery between casting cycles.
