Tilting Modular Casting Bench
The modular bench can be tilted in both directions during casting and draining, with controlled positioning to adapt the bench angle to process requirements.
Synchronized Beam Core System
Mould cores are suspended from an overhead beam with adjustable mounting equipment, allowing the complete core group to open and close simultaneously.
Full-Length Pneumatic Airbag Clamping
A continuous pneumatic airbag applies distributed pressure along the mould line, enabling simultaneous and uniform clamping of the mould cores.
PLC-Controlled Casting & Slip Management
The automation manages programmed stages including washing, slip filling, thickness formation, draining and hardening, while level probes and controlled valves regulate slip supply and return.
Rail-Guided Demoulding & Fifth-Part Handling
Semi-automated manipulators travel between the casting and deposit areas to assist product lifting, rotation and transfer, while dedicated equipment handles removable mould back parts with minimal manual force.
Variable-Speed Mobile Mould Drying
Adjustable fan groups move horizontally along the bench and can be angled toward mould cores, lower and side parts, removable sections and greenware, providing targeted airflow according to drying requirements.
